Sludge Dewatering
Trade Effluent Services are able to offer thickening or dewatering services for liquid sludge via our mobile centrifuge unit. Capable of processing up to 80m3/hr, of sludge our self contained unit can be hired for both long and short term contracts, either fully manned or on a self operating basis.
Units can be mobilised quickly and we aim to have the dewatering equipment on site within 36 hours. Whether it is to provide emergency cover during an unplanned shut down or extra processing capacity during peak loading, Trade Effluent Services can help keep your works running.
For customers who require a complete sludge treatment solution we can combine the hire of the centrifuge with one of our mobile sludge liming plants. The combination of the two allow us to can provide a fully mobile sludge treatment solution capable of producing a high quality sludge cake classified as Enhanced Treated Sludge under the ADAS Safe Sludge Matrix
